Q: Can I take the furniture home the same day I purchase it?
A: It depends on what you are purchasing. Some items are available immediately, and others can take several weeks. Let us know which furniture interests you and we’ll tell you the turnaround time.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Again, it depends on what you purchased—and where it’s being manufactured. Some pieces from Norway can take 14 to 16 weeks. And furniture from other areas outside the U.S. (such as Brazil) can take 12 to 14 weeks. Items from the East Coast can take 6 to 8 weeks. Other items might take less time. We will be able to give you a good estimate of what to expect.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Local delivery costs a flat fee of $95.

A: In general it is Orange County and Los Angeles County.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my delivery date?

Q: Do items come in different species of wood and finishes?
A: Yes, we offer many choices depending on the piece you want to purchase. We are happy to show you all of your options.

Q: Do you have different upholstery selections?
A: Yes, we have a vast array of selections depending on the piece you are considering.

Q: Do you offer financing plans?
A: Yes, our current financing plan is six months same-as-cash (on approved credit). You can also check with our store to learn about any other offers and promotions.

Q: What types of warranties do you offer?
A: Each of our manufacturers offers their own warranty, so the specifics will differ based on the piece you are purchasing. In addition, we offer extended warranties for extra protection.
